Consignment Guide
1. We Accept:
  • Designer & better label women’s jewelry, scarves, belts, designer handbags & gently worn shoes
  • Quality furniture and home decorative accessories
  • Children’s clothing, accessories, books and toys (clean with all parts)

2. Furniture and home décor items be:
  • In excellent condition and style
  • All upholstered items must be spot & odor free

3. Clothing must be:
  • Designer and in current style, no older than 2-3 years. We will accept quality vintage clothing
    pieces. Items from Target, Old Navy, Kohl’s, and TJ Maxx department stores etc. will also be
    accepted.
  • Freshly laundered or dry cleaned
  • Pressed and on hangers, sorry no trash bags (TIP: children’s items may be stacked flat with
    wrinkles smoothed out after freshly laundering and brought in a box or a laundry basket)
  • In new or nearly new condition (Please check your items over carefully before bringing them in.
    This will save us a lot of work and time) ITEMS WITH SPOTS, MISSING BUTTONS, OUTDATED OR
    WORN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • Designer shoes, handbags, belts and better jewelry should be cleaned and polished

4. Unusual/Eclectic type of items welcomed

5. A minimum of 5 items and no more than 15 are needed to open an account. After that we will take a
maximum of 25 items per appointment. There is an $8.00 annual registration fee.

6. Consignor's net is 40% of selling price. Prices will be determined by Fantastic Finds to best sell your
items at the most profitable price. Consignors receive 50% of selling price on items $50 and over. A $10
space fee will be charged for furniture.

7. We also sell clothing, collectibles, etc. through an online auction. We will determine if there is a
market for your items. Fees will apply.

8. Consignments are reduced 20% after every 30 days and are considered expired after 90 days.
Furniture will not be donated to charity but progressively reduced at our discretion until sold. Expired
items less than $50 will be donated to charity or disposed of at the discretion of Fantastic Finds. The
consignor will be given a donation receipt upon request. Expired items of $50 or more must be picked
up within 7 days or will be considered abandoned and donated to a local charity or become property of
Fantastic Finds.

9. Payments are made on the 10th of each month. Your 3 options are CASH PAYMENT if account balance
is under $20, CHECK PAYMENT if account balance is over $20, and POINT OF SALE CREDIT to use
anytime in any amount towards your in store purchase.

10. Fantastic Finds is not responsible for loss from fire, theft or other damages.

11. When deemed necessary the policies of the contract may be revised at the owner’s discretion.
